The Austrian Alps come alive in this setting of folksongs. Dotted eighth-sixteenth rhythmic patterns are heard through out the work and give the impression of "yodeling." The meter changes back and forth between 3/4 and 4/4 and an occasional 5/4 is thrown in complete with triplet figures. Ringers in level three should find this challenging and fun. Arranged in C Major, this work is 61 measures.
