Composer Brian Childers incorporates the hymn tune "Hyfrydol" into his original work. Written in 3/4 with layers of repeated accompaniment motifs, the borrowed hymn tune is not introduced until measure 25. Techniques are scattered about and further mark the layers of sound that builds until a final, tall-chord martellato.
