The title says it all! This spirited original composition is loaded with rhythmic energy. Written in ABA form, the highly syncopated melody bounces along non-stop in the A section. The B section, with the use of plucks, thumb-damps, and martellato-lifts, provides a colorful contrast. Also of interest in this section is the quick alternating of rung and thumb-damped phrases.
