Account and Order Activations

We review all orders for fraud, and most orders are approved automatically. Orders for music equipment rentals and purchases, as well as digital services such as web hosting, domains, and SmugHug may require additional screening. You should expect to receive an introductory email from forzandoArts within 24 hours of your order. If you do not, please check your spam or bulk mail folders. If you do not receive the introductory message, please contact our amazing support team.

Although most orders are promptly approved, please understand that DNS propagation for new and transferred domains may require 24-48 hours. This is an internet-wide process that is out of forzandoArts' control.

Billing Cycles

When ordering a service such as web hosting, music instrument rental, or SmugMug, you may select your billing cycle. Depending on the service, you may choose to be billed every month, every 12 months (1 year), every 24 months (2 years), or every 36 months (3 years). forzandoArts offers significant discounts for longer billing cycles.

All digital services offered by forzandoArts are covered by our Anytime Money Back Promise, which entitles you to a full refund in the first 30 days or a refund of your unused service anytime thereafter.

Anti-Fraud Screening

During the checkout process, all orders are run through a fraud detection service that assists us in eliminating fraudulent transactions. Occasionally, this service flags a transaction as potentially fraudulent. If this occurs to you, we will ask for information that validates your identity and payment method. This may include asking for a photocopy of a valid identification card, or a photocopy of your credit card.

Detecting fraudulent transactions helps us keep costs down and prevent malicious actors from using our servers.

Discount Codes

Prefered Discount Codes are only valid for the first billing cycle. We have priced our services competitively, and we are unable to maintain the introductory price listed on our site for a number of reasons, including software licensing costs, server maintenance, and the level of support we offer.

International Transactions

forzandoArts business is based in and serves customers in the United States. We offer a limited number of products to customers outside the United States, and for these customers we accept payment with major credit cards or PayPal.

All products and services are denominated in United States dollars and customers are responsible for any payment processor fees assessed related to foreign transactions and currency exchange.
